You agree that EmberSnow, may, at its sole discretion, terminate your account at any time for violation of any of the terms and conditions stated above.

You agree to hold harmless, EmberSnow, its affiliates, members, officers, and employees, as well as its successors, from any lawsuits arising from the use of this site. You further agree that any lawsuits resulting from the use of this site are your sole responsibility and that you are liable for all legal costs, damages, and expenses arising from the use of this website.

REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. Upon cancellation, you will have access to the website until the end of the current subscription.

For physical purchases, refunds or exchanges will be provided in the case of broken/damaged merchandise or wrong order shipped. Refunds for purchased video content will not be provided under any circumstances EXCEPT if the purchased video file is in some way corrupted or damaged, in which case a full refund or replacement will be provided upon proof of the damaged video file. Working video content is final sale only, no refunds or exchanges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping/handling costs will be added to the final sale price. All orders for physical merchandise will be shipped within 72 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders for physical merchandise may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase at no charge. Again, all orders for physical merchandise will be shipped within 72 hours.

PRIVACY POLICY
EmberSnow.com value and respect your privacy. We will not sell your information including your name and email addresses without your expressed written permission.

APPEALS

If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal the removal of such content, please notify us by sending an email.
If should there be any disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

All complaints can be submitted directly via email to info@embersnow.com.

Complaints for the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards Complaints submitted will be reviewed by our staff and resolved within seven (7) business days. A member of our staff will review the complaint and make judgment based on the information and evidence available. If someone is unsatisfied with the decision made then they may appeal to have another senior member of staff review the information and evidence available. The outcome of any review will be on a case-by-case basis and dependent upon the type of complaint and or its severity.
